I'm off work...again!

I spent almost 2 hours (and RM200 of Azid's!) at Ampang Puteri Hospital yesterday. It all began on saturday morning when I fell while playing basketball...the first ever session since puasa/raya break. I thought I just sprained my ankle like I commonly do but the pain got worst yesterday that I had to asked Azid to take me to the hospital. The A+E MO thought I have broken my foot but when the orthopedic specialist came and saw the x-ray, he told me that I have got an extra bone in my foot and that I've twisted that bone. Me ...with extra bone?! The ever-so-kind doctor said that I'm born with it and my other foot has got it too. You see, some people are born with 6 fingers ... I just have extra bones in my feet.. hehe... It is actually funny if it ain't so painful! The plus side is, now I know I'm not adopted or anything because 2 of my younger sisters got them too!

Anyway, the doc said that it will take 3-6 weeks for the pain to heal. That means I can't play basketball or badminton for that period! That is so long! What am I gonna do until then? The doc also said that if the pain doesn't go away, he might need to remove the extra bone surgically. Emmm... just got me thinking...why wait?
