Colourful Singapore

It's a gloomy saturday afternoon and I'm in the office... I'm supposed to be doing 4 assignments for my MSc but I ain't got the motivation!I can really think of many places I would rather be at this very moment but my head has sensibly ruled my heart while deciding on destinations to go a couple of hours ago. So here I am..


Anyway, I took this photo during my not-so-recent trip to Singapore. I saw this beautifully-coloured building while travelling on a coach after a visit to a drug plant and only managed to capture half of it on camera. Can anybody tell me its name? It looks like an old yet refurbished one so I'm sure there's a good history behind it too!













While I was in the country, a very kind soul actually took me out to the ever-so-famous orchard road. The buildings there were so beautifully decorated for Christmas that I spent hours just walking and admiring the decor and lights along the road and I didnt even went into any of the malls to shop. Here is one of the malls fully covered with 'M&Ms'... aren't they creative?
