Enough is enough

How would you know that enough is enough?

I finally knew it today. There was no frustration, no anger.. only a slight tint of sadness maybe.. the rest was just blank feeling, if there is such description.

Yup, I had enough. I guess there are always thresolds to patience and givings and I got to know my limits today. The letter is now finally printed. Only my signature required and I'll be gone.. I shall do that next week.

No plans, no directions.. all I know now, I had enough. Fullstop.

Al-Fatihah : Norbahiyah Lani (1976 - 2006)

A batchmate of mine passed away on sunday night due to a car accident in Terengganu. I was never that close to her back in school but the sadness of losing a friend is still the same, be it a close friend or not. Life is too fragile..

My sincere condolences to her family and to another friend of mine (Nisha) who also lost a close relative in the same accident.

Semoga Allah mencucuri rahmat ke atas roh-rohnya..Amin..

Is it really friday?

Thumping headache..
Drained energy level..
Pouring rain outside, hence undoubtedly bad traffic home..
Loads of work to do over the weekend especially my MSc project..

It doesn't feel like friday at all! :(

..and the celebration begins!

A working meeting that lasted till 4am leading to only a couple of hours' worth of sleep the night before the event..

Endless (mostly frantic) phonecalls particularly on the event day..

Frantic chasing-ups on the day, anything from goodie bags to the rope for the banner (yup, that too!)..

But all the sweats and hard work finally paid off; the eagerly-awaited Majlis Makan Malam Perdana (MMMP) was a success (pheww!). It was one event that will be remembered for years to come and here are some photos of the event's who's who..

It was almost 1am...my eyes were only half-opened, my feet could hardly walk and my face was almost swollen due to serious lack of sleep.. but AZ punye pasal, sengih habis!!






Wished I've had taken more photos especially with those who have made this dinner a huge Golden Jubilee Celebration kick-off. Nevermind, JB.. here we come!
